Do I have a chance at the top uni??
My gcse grades were 87777766 and a distiction*2 And I am currently working on a grade AAA on alevel.Would I have a chance on applying to universities such as lse, Edinburg,bath ,Glasgow and Durham for accounting ??

GCSEs don't usually matter nearly as much as A-levels for university, so I'd focus on what you're working towards now rather than what's past. You could also do an EPQ which would get you reduced offers if you did it well.

This is exactly the sort of question o be asking at Uni Open Days in May/June..
How do they assess applications? How much does you overall GCSE profile matter?
What do they look for in a Personal Statement? Is an EPQ worth doing or not? Etc Etc.
