UAL Tenancy Replacement - Archwood House
Hi! I’m urgently looking to transfer my tenancy to someone for an en-suite room at Archwood House, near Camberwell College of Arts and London College of Communication as I need to move out way earlier than the tenancy end date for personal reasons. You have to be a registered UAL student for this room!
Location: 90-96 Peckham Hill St, SE15 5JT
A 10-15 minute walk to Camberwell and a 15-20 minute bus ride to LCC. Has a series of shops nearby ranging from a 5-10 minute walk including: Lidl, Waitrose, Tesco, Boots, Poundland, Primark, and a lot more.
Room Type: En-suite - you get your own private bathroom and a shared kitchen. The room has a lot of storage, many shelves, a bookcase, and a very deep wardrobe that can fit a lot, along with some under bed storage.
Rent Cost: £262 per week, including all bills and internet.
Tenancy Dates: 1st June (negotiable) to 23rd August
There is 9 flatmates you’d be living with, all very quiet, clean, and respectable. Never had any issues with them and they’re all friendly so it’s very easy to get along well with the others here. Loads of kitchen storage space and multiple cooking hobs, ovens, and microwaves so never any worries about not being able to cook at the same time as someone else. The accommodation building is also very secure with lovely people who work in the reception, tons of bike storage in the courtyard, a game room with consoles available to play on, a cinema room you can rent out for free, and a big laundry room.
