"Awaiting CYI evidence for previous year" - how do I submit this?

I have an SFE application in progress, I am over 25 and live with my partner who is unemployed receiving ESA, so I have applied for adult dependants grant as well as maintenance loan. This will be my 5th year of funding, having received maintenance and tuition fee loans for the previous 4 years of my course.
Neither myself nor my partner has received any emails or letters asking for further evidence or forms to be submitted, but when I check the status of my application in my online account, it says "Awaiting CYI Evidence for previous year - not complete".
Should me or my partner expect to receive separate correspondence letting us know what evidence/forms/etc is needed, or is there a next step we should take now to progress the application?
