Oxford or Cambridge medicine?

Hi,

I’d like to apply for medicine at oxbridge but since you can only apply to one I have to pick one . Now I like both equally for their courses and teaching methods ( e.g full body dissection etc which many unis don’t offer anymore as I’ve heard, but that’s only one aspect I like about these unis ) my GCSEs are all A*s with 2 As ( so 10A* and 2 As) and my A levels are predicted 2 A* in bio chem and an A in Physics and also 2 A*s in a foreign language and EPQ. Now I don’t don’t know which uni is more likely to select me or even offer and interview. In which u I do I have a greater chance ? Like which one usually is softer when it comes to shortlisting people for interviews etc.

Each of the two universities would be equally difficult to obtain a place at. Try to visit both cities, and apply to whichever you prefer by reference to the look and feel of the colleges and the cities. Have a good Plan B, because most people who apply to Oxford or Cambridge won't obtain an offer. Good luck!
