Applying to uni

Hi guys I might as well copy the question that I wrote to my tutor. He takes about a week to get back to me, it would be interesting if his response is the same as yours:
I remember when I started it said the final year needs to be completed at Uni, with the only Uni being Bolton I believe.
Although I have only submitted 3 assignments I am actually on assignment 9, I definitely believe I will finish the 2 first years by September this year. If necessary I will buy the fast track marking option.
How do I go about applying to Uni?
Do I have to get an offer in principle because courses are not completed yet?
Should I just do everything through he Uni?

What is the name of the course, and where are you studying at the moment.

Ask Learn Direct.

I got a reponse from Learndirect. They said that I have to finish level 4, then wait 12-16 weeks for certification. Then finish level 5, then wait 12-16 weeks for certification.
This is different than traditional unis right? Don't you get a conditional offer and as long as you meet the condition by July, you can start the next year in September?
Ask the university whether you’re expected to apply through UCAS or whether progression is automatic
