Donald has threatened the Vatican with a 300% tariff on all religious exports unless he is fast tracked for sainthood.

When asked about whether he has produced any miracles the orange one said "many many bigly economic miracles and deals".

An aide added that people could touch the hem of His trousers for a nominal fee of $150 ( tax deductible ).

Heaven has released a statement this morning from God:
"While we recognise the great efforts Mr Trump is going to to receive appreciation from the angelic community, the sainthood panel only meets quarterly and so is not able to bestow any sainthoods until June. If any worshippers wish to make a complaint please pray to:
God
Inside the Gates
Heaven
BN1 3XB"

We have approached hell for comment but they told us Ms Truss was busy at the moment and would release a statement at a later point.
