Lack of contact
Hi, I have completed my post graduate diploma in leadership and management with Roehampton university. I completed this in September 2024 and was advised transcripts and certificates were due in December 2024. However, today is the 1 April 2025 and I am yet to receive my certificate, which I need for my employer. Emails have gone unacknowledged and no one in the registry answers the phone. I have had quite the rubbish experience with Roehampton, and wondering if anyone else has experienced similiar issues?
