Manchester or Leeds?

As per the title, I’ve been lucky enough to get offers from Manchester and Leeds for Medicine but I don’t know which one to pick. They both have pros and cons: Manchester is very culturally diverse (i’m indian) whereas Leeds isn’t as much, Leeds is a smaller cohort and smaller city, Placement in Manchester can be very far but in Leeds it’s relatively close, Manchester is more expensive to live in , Manchester is TBL which is largely independent and i’m worried that I would struggle in that but also not learn everything I need to. I feel my two main concerns is that Leeds isn’t very diverse and Manchester is TBL. Any advice is much appreciated! Also does russell group unis really matter in medicine?
