TSP Programme - Reserve List and Assessment Center Results 2025
Hey everyone,
I was informed that I was placed on the reserve list for the TSP Programme assessment center. Recently, the results for the assessment center were released, but my application status still says "under review."
Does anyone know what this means? Is there still a chance of being offered an EO role from the remaining candidates? I’d really appreciate any insights or advice from anyone who’s been through this process or knows more about it.

There is a chance but bear in mind a couple if things:
1) Budgets for the next financial year are still being sorted out so they won’t know for a while how many vacancies there are going to be.
2) They’ll award any posts on merit order so it depends what position you are on the list.
It is possible but I wouldn’t wait around for it.

It looks like there are some offers going out to people on reserve lists this afternoon. On the main TSP thread 2 people have said they've received offers this today. Glasgow and Stratford
