how to avoid panic attacks over schoolwork

I just realised that I might be having panic attacks, triggered by not completing my to do lists or from struggling with (specifically chemistry) and the time pressure of exams coming up. they are happening at night so I get even more stressed because I know I'll be really tired the next day, but I can't go to bed super early because then I miss out on revision time. any tips for dealing with this would be greatly appreciated

Is there any way you can revise a little earlier in the day (even just waking up early and doing 45 minutes before school)? If you can finish sooner in the evening it could help relieve some of the stress later on

It feels positive that you have already recognised what triggers these panic attacks, that's half way to understanding and managing them more effectively. Are you generally behind with your work? Or are your to do lists quite organised in terms of deadlines. Maybe adding some more time to your lists might support you to be less stressed, allowing more tme to complete tasks?
