a level choices?

ive chosen my a levels and im not sure whether to change or not... I chose geography 100% choosing no matter what then biology but iffy but many ppl say have a science for a level otherwise there's no point unless u wanna do like law or something and politics I love current affairs and its kinda a hobby if ygm, im not too sure what I wanna do when im older im thinking climate science at durham but im not sure about the salary I get the same grades in everything so as long as no maths I dont really mind also I do combined science , maths , eng lang and lit , re , geography , history , Spanish , food tech any tips I do like science but I also LOVE HISRTORY I would take it at a level but they do Russian history at the school I wanna go to and I hate that but I guess I could do some sort of ethical embryo clinical thingy as a job which I need to look into bc it involves stem and a little bit of essay stuff also I love working with kids so I kinda wanted to do something like that I still kinda wanna be a paediatrician but it takes to long to get the qualification and I dont wanna do chem a level as I have heard horror stories lol also I would like a sustainable job that wont get taken over by ai. any tips or advice would be appreciated !!!!

hey, currently in year 13 doing geog, bio and chem. I am kinda biased but I would say give chem a go if you're thinking about doing a science degree, although its challenging, its really cool! I find the 3 compliment each other really well and politics is definitely mentioned in geog... maybe you could start with 4 and then drop one?

coming from a year 13 who takes bio, chem, and physics, the chem horror stories are only really true if you let them be! if you really get into the content and are consistent with organisation and revision, it won't be half as hard as everyone says it is. it's really fun to learn about when you get the grips of it because everything links and you get to apply a lot of knowledge which would be a really helpful skill if you were to go into a research industry job.

no worries

sounds really good that you've got a plan! no, defo not too late, if you think like that you'll end up procrastinating more...

main thing I learnt during gcses is take BREAKS and SLEEP, trust me, especially over easter and may half term. and DON'T be one of those people cramming the morning of the exam, just go into school all relaxed and stay away from people who are stressed, have the mantra 'I need to protect my energy' 😂 and trust me all will be fine, after the first few exams hopefully you'll enjoy them! sure you'll smash it!
