A level chem help

I’m in year 12 doing a level chemistry and considering dropping it next year, because I’m achieving grade D or below in my assessments. Is there anyone who can help with a revision plan or any advice so I can achieve an A/A* by the end of the year?

I was in your same position when I was in year 12 3 years ago, what helped me was
a) printing off the course spec and treating it as a checklist for each topic, find your knowledge gaps, make sure you are confident with each part of the spec
b) do every practise question you can get your hands on, because even if you don't understand the content you'll find a lot of questions repeat in style and have the same marking points in the mark schemes
c) find youtube videos for exam question walkthroughs
d) make a mindmap for the organic chemistry reactions, keep drawing it out so you can confidently say how to get from one substance to another, in what conditions, and the type of reaction

if you're short on time just work out which topics you're doing worst in and either try to understand the content or just do enough practise questions to the point your internal assessments recycle questions you've already seen
