UCLan vet med foundation year

If I pass the UCLan veterinary medicine foundation year, how likely is it that I will progress onto the 5 year course? I understand that I will have to reapply for the 5 year course whilst studying the foundation year, but will I have a better chance at being offered an interview? Could any current students tell me how they are finding/found the foundation year and does anyone know how many foundation year students progress onto the 5 year course?
Thanks
Hi @astercat,

As Zac said 75% progressed onto BVMS this year. Bear in mind that some of the remaining 25% chose not to apply for vet med after all so the odds are very good of getting a place as long as you are getting good marks I would think you would be guaranteed an interview. Good luck.
