Newcastle accommodation

Hi, I'm going to Newcastle for Sept 2025 but am getting worried that I'm doing something wrong because I still don't have accommodation. Am I the only one or is no one yet able to apply for accom?

I don't think it's opened yet for 2025/26, I also dont have the option yet. Keep an eye out on the website and I'm sure they'll send an email once it is open too

I've just found this on another thread. The Uni says accommodation is still being finalised and will be available for applicants to book in late spring and offer holders will get an email once booking opens

I'm currently looking for a girl tenant for a tenancy takeover for a house on Helmsley Road, Sandyford, Newcastle upon Tyne. Its a four bedroom - all girls house with 2 bathrooms, kitchen and a living room.
The rent is GBP 139 per week with bills included. DM me if you're interested and for more details

If you are starting from first year with ourselves, please don't be worried if you haven't secured accommodation yet. Our accommodation at Newcastle has not yet been released yet, and we don't anticipate it being available to apply for until the 10th June for firm choice undergraduate applicants and certain eligible postgraduate applicants.

Hey! I have an accommodation that starts in September 2025 till July 2026 and I’m trying to give it away. There’s nothing wrong with the room and a lot of people recommend the place it’s just due to personal reasons that I can no longer take it. I’m trying to find a replacement person for the accommodation and if you’re interested I can give you more information about it! ☺️
