Is MyEdSpace good for Year 9/10/11 for home-schooling

They seem to be very good at replying to messages and trying to get me to sign up, and their costs are lower than other online schooling. But I'm worried about it being 'too good to be true'. Seen a comment online that the lessons are attended by a very large group of students, and no support when student is not keeping up or asking a question.
