Medicine: University of Liverpool or Hull York Medical school

I have been given offers at both Hull York Medical School and University of Liverpool for medicine. For Hull York my campus allocation is York. I don't know which uni I should firm and insure. Grade offer York is ABB from outreach and Liverpool is AAA/A*AB. Predicted grades of A*AA but got AAB in my mocks. Physics is the subject where I keep getting a B. I quite like the PBL teaching style and I'm quite familiar with York. But Liverpool is also a really good university and city. Any advice?

i would say you can firm the higher offer and put the other as insurance in case you don't get the grades, however researching teaching styles and extracurriculars would be a good idea

Thanks for the reply. From doing an outreach scheme if I firm HYMS then I get an offer of ABB. However if I firm Liverpool the offer is AAA/A*AB and the HYMS offer would not be reduced so it would be AAA also. So I’m not really able to put a higher grade option

honestly being realistic is key here, based on your mock grades HYMS is a great option because you will worry alot about whether you will get the grades or not, so trying to be as least anxious as possible is favorable !
