Gcse exams and how im feeling right now

This might be a lot but i just want a bit of advice on this:

So exams are next month and i feel like im not doing well and im a bit nervous for what i’d end up getting in the exam. Im nervous that i could walk into the exam and struggle on some questions and i dont want to feel like that. When i did my mocks, i impressed myself and got good grades and i felt happy because i never thought i could get grades like that. Tbh, my self esteem as a student and performance isnt good because i go to a school where everyone is smart and im in the classes with the mega smart people but i feel like im jjst average in those classes. Plus ik my self esteem with my student performance isnt good because i used to put my hand up and talk to teachers a lot but in y10 i was put into the mega smart classes and i slowly became quiet. Now i just feel nervous about exams because i dont feel like i can do it. In my mocks i did good but for topic tests i struggle in some (not all) because i dont revise as much because i have exams coming up and im just revising in general.

I wanna do well in my exams because i want people to be proud of me and i want to go to uni but the atmosphere that im in is toxic because i feel like i cant do well. I feel like skme of my friends think im not that smart and when i sit next to them jn lessons its just a lingering thought in my mind

Like i dont want to walk out of an exam panicked because i didnt understand it and i dont want to feel upset on results day because for 5 years of secondary ive revised snd revised because i want to do well and then because of my self esteem i couldve just ruined it

I need advice on doing well in exams and to stop seeking validation from others bc i just feel insecure about how some people may not think that im smart. Also ive already conquered the knowledge that after lkke a month i may not always be around my friends and i shouldnt let what they think about me affect my performance but its difficult because i feel like im so close to exams and thag means i cant struggle with anything but there are some things i dont know for my exams or havent revised and im just scared that my teachers/classmates may just think im not smart if i cant do well on results day.

I wanna get good results for many reasons but alsk because i just want to have something that i can use to tell myself that im not dumb and perhaps my self esteem as a student can restore

The subjects i do are:
English Literature
English Language
Maths
Biology
Chemistry
Physics
RE
Spanish
Computer Science

Sorry if this is a bit all over the place and/or i repeated stuff this is just a blurt

Thank you!

I can help you specifically on Maths (got a 9 in yr10). Even though I did Chemistry(got a 9 in year 10) and Physics(got a 9 in year 10) I was hard carried by my tuition teacher so I think I will have little help here.
I will tell you what I did:
For maths:

1.

Maths genie website. Work from your (target grade -1) till grade 9 if you are doing higher and 5 for foundations

2.

Watch all the videos and answer all the question pause the video when you are answering the question

3.

1st Class Maths. Watch the YouTube videos again and do the questions

4.

I suggest from now to start doing exam papers

5.

After each paper highlight all the questions you got wrong create a new copy and save the question for later in a box (you will a lot)

6.

Go through the topic the question was on

7.

After that go through how you answered the question and highlight where you have gone wrong

8.

Repeat for all questions you have gone wrong

9.

When you have finished all the papers go back to the questions you have saved in the box and answer them

10.

repeat step 5 and 9 and create a new box for each round you do

11.

Before exam look through each box and watch the video and move it back to the last box

12.

repeat until all questions have reached the last box

Any question please reply or message me back.
Good Luck,
Hdjshks.

Also, If you do not mind me asking what A levels or what do you want to do next post 16 and remember to have a chill time i recommend 15 minutes for every 45 minutes and mix up you revision do not do 1 hour English straight do half an hour English half an hour maths etc. I suggest do not play games or watch tv in breaks but instead walk around your garden for 15 minutes something like that. Have a good sleep every night. Also, tell you self when I get the grades I will be happy. To do so I must be confident in my self as without confidence no one would try anything we would all be lazy. Also sports would help to. remember GCSE do not define you. You can be anything what you want to be do not let your grades be your blocker.

😀 You got this

revise what you don't know/ what you struggle in

a way to realise what you don't know is:
set a 10 min timer
do a mind map on a topic
once the timer is up use a textbook/ google to fill in the gaps in another colour
revise the things in another colour
