It was quite difficult…didn’t know how to perfect it. What did you write about

I tried to discuss a mixture of my work experiences to link to the job advert. I struggled to understand if qualities meant behaviours or not.

hi! i am just submitting my application now. i didn't do so well on the SJT and also struggled to know what they were looking for in their questions! i have not done too well so far applying to civil service jobs so hoping this one uses different criteria. does anyone know the application timeline?

How do you mean, when you say you didn't do so well in the SJT? I believe submitting the application meant that you already passed the SJT?

Do you mean the questions in the personal statement? If so, I think we’re to follow the success profiles.

The deadline to submit the personal statement and scores to the SJT is this Sunday.

yes i passed but some civil service jobs you pass and then they move the scores up once everyone’s submitted their full application! it’s happened to me before but im not sure how common it is
