Gcse english ugernt: I need help

HELLLOOOOO. HELP ME.
um so my grades in english have went from an 8and 7 to like a 3 and 4 and the issue I have rn is my timing when writing in an exam. I had gotten the 8 and 7 in y 10 and had a diffrent teacher who was really helpful. I have a new teacher now who I guess is alot stricter with marking-shes good btw but yh. I feel like my writing skills for essays are a lot better now than in year 10 but throught both years I have only really been able to finish half the exam and the thing is I suspect I'm nurodivergent but I don't think that I would be allowed to get extra time so I'm stuck with the normal timings. Does anyone have any tips to help write and think of plans for essays faster? I would REALLLY appreciate it. Thank you

hii I sat my gcses last year and I found that for me I rlly struggled with thinking on the spot of ideas on top of stress and very strict timings so I really recommend pre planning basically all of your work before the exam. For example in english lit I had a set essay plan that I would use no matter the question and just slightly adapt to fit it and with English language I went in with a pre-planned story that i also just slightly tweaked to fit the question

for tips in general I would rlly recommend looking at grade 9 essays and analysing what gets them tops work then try writing your own and get it marked by your teachers but for writing fast i think just lots of practice and you'll start to get faster but make sure to be really strict with time management and make sure your not spending too much time on a single question ( also plan ahead to allocate time for questions your more / less confident in )
