I sent my documents months before the deadline. I didn't receive confirmation that my documents had been sent so I sent them multiple times and still did not receive confirmation. The company sent me my tenancy agreement meaning that they did have my email and contact details. The deadline is now tomorrow and I've found out that they haven't even reviewed my documents and so my place hasn't actually been confirmed. I called the company to ask if they had received my documents and they said that they could see that I had sent them multiple times. I asked if the issue was that they couldn't open the documents but they said they could open and view them perfectly fine. They then said that the issue was that the people reviewing my guarantor agreements hadn't reviewed them yet (despite me having sent them in months prior). I sent in my documents again just to make sure and then got an email confirmation that they had been sent, which is strange because I didn't get this before despite the company telling me on the phone that the documents had been received. I'm now trying to reach the company on various different help lines and am getting no response or assistance. My question is whether they can take away my offer because the documents were not officially reviewed or accepted by the accommodation company (due to issues on their side of things) before the deadline. The deadline is now tomorrow. (the company is homes for students)
