Is this a good monitor

I have a budget of around £200 for a new monitor my main this is doing uni work but I do want to game on it aswel like console and pc games. I play things like assassin's creed and uncharted. Once you get above about £150, there aren't many 'bad' monitors, but you might want to check how well your pc will run 1440p. Personally, and depending on your graphics card, I would either downgrade to 1080p, or go for 4k - 1440p is used by less people and the visible difference between either alternative isn't that much. I have an RTX 4060 myself, capable of running 1-2 4k monitors, but my main monitor is still 1080p as it results in better fps and the visual difference isn't as much as you think if you aren't paying very close attention.

id mainly be playing console games on it but the reason I chose 1440p was because of the price this monitor is at it seems fairly cheap what do you think?

The important thing that's not been asked yet is what you'll be plugging the monitor into? That will dictate what sort of resolution/refresh rates to target.

Main 3 are my pc which I use for uni work and then to play some pc games, PS4 for assassin's creed etc and then occasionally the ps3.
