I have been getting colds every day

Hi guys so I have been getting colds every day now and I am just sick off it now and for once I just want to normal again.

I have been having nuasua and blocke nose for a while. Dunno if it’s to do with may be weed and having a few beers now and then but like even I get a hangover or something it would go quite quickly.

But I do exercise regularly. And have a good body and have healthy smoothies and vitamins anyone had this? As I am sick off feeling better than I feel worse again.
