Warwick Accommodation 2025
Hello everyone,
I am an incoming Warwick Business School Student for the September 2025 intake. I am currently confused about accommodation. I want something within walking distance of the university or Earlsdon, which is my second choice. It should also be within a decent budget. Looked at house shares through the Spareroom App but a bit sceptical about getting scammed, bad condition, and maintenance of the room throughout the tenancy period or not getting my deposit back since it is a huge amount (around 600 pounds) and since I am an international student I have no way of verifying the place. Student Accommodations near uni seem a tad expensive, found IQ Longwood Place and Westwood Student Mews, if anyone is staying there or knows about it, please leave honest reviews. If anyone knows any good landlords with available house shares, student accommodations, or are currently looking for a roommate, please do let me know.

Hey! Are you still looking? We have a room available in our shared student house in Earlsdon from Aug 2025 - one of us is a Warwick student and can get to the uni easily. Our rent is 440 per month. If you're interested let me know!

If you're a first year student, you should be able to get accommodation on campus. If not, there's a housemates wanted board here: Housemates Wanted
