Ensuite Room Available in Canada Water (Contract Transfer, KCL UG students)

Hi everyone!
I’m looking to transfer my student accommodation contract in Canada Water for the remaining 3 months (April–June). The total cost is £3,040. It’s an 11m² ensuite room with a private bathroom, but the kitchen is shared on the same floor. There’s also an on-site gym included.
