Do frequent tests. It won't hurt but you will see if there is something to monitor.

Get into nutrition.
In parallel with that, keep physically active.
Don't smoke.
Aim to have a rock solid positive, enthusiastic mental and emotional state.

Take care of your body every day—eat real food, move often, sleep well, and manage stress. Small habits add up

Just don't smoke. Just don't do drugs. And keep out of the sun and especially sunbeds. You won't see the damage these do today, tomorrow or next year but you will in time, I assure you.

Alcohol is best avoided.

Do 150 minutes of moderate exercise a week.

If you're going to monitor anything, monitor your weight and blood pressure.

Sure! Here’s an even simpler version:
Get enough sleep, drink water, move a little every day, and try not to stress too much. Small habits every day really help!
