I got rejected from uni

Uwe was my top choice university and I got rejected, I’m honestly so upset rn I’m gonna call them tomorrow but do you think they might reconsider and like what should I say? I applied radiotherapy and oncology

I think it's unlikely that they would reconsider but calling them would probably be useful in terms of feedback. You can build on the feedback for further applications. Did you interview?
You can ask for feedback but unless an error has been made, they won't reconsider.

I got the grades they wanted even though I didn’t finish the course yet, I don’t even know what to do now

If you have the required predicted grades, presumably it was your PS or your interview?

Meeting (or even surpassing) the minimum grade requirement isn't a guarantee of a place, unfortunately. I'm sorry, you're obviously really disappointed.

It might not be that you missed anything, it might just be a really popular, oversubscribed course. So your application was up against people with more experience, top grades and understanding of the role/demonstration of the qualities required (healthcare courses recruit on values as well as academics).

As for other options, what about similar courses from other universities? Or other healthcare programs at UWE? Or something in clearing? Or if your heart is really set on this pathway, get good feedback from the university, spend a year working on that and reapply on the next cycle (assuming there isn't a mid-cycle presentation?).
