What's the difference between runnymede 1 and 2
So im currently trying to apply for accommodation at royal holloway and I'm stuck between picking runnymede 1 or 2. I cant see any difference in them yet one is more expensive then the other. Can someone please explain the difference to me please.

runnymede 2 is apparently horrible and most people there hate it basically

Runnymede 2 will go through renovations mid year & you'll have to pack up and move into a new accom mid way through
