Definitely as long as you understand and memories all the content and then do a bunch of past papers you’ll be set. I use flashcards and that really works for me.

Yes definitely, gcses are the easiest exams you could ever do that you can boost your grades from a 7 to a 9, considering you dont do past papers that is most probably the reason for that gap because your knowledge is there.
