I saw the reaction to the papers last year 😅, I hope they will be better this year. At least my teacher gave us 2024 paper 2 which really helped our confidence ☹️ for our year 13 mocks. So I guess I've seen it all lol.

bit random but are you guys planning on completing every single past paper?

I probably will because it gives you plenty of practice. Plus the more problems you solve in physics the better you should get at it

i think im actually going to die im so nervous. april mocks used the 2024 p2 and according to grade boundaries i got an A but its still so gut wrenching to look at because i literally got just over 50%.......

Predictions for this paper?

I reckon there'll be a question on the polar molecules in dielectric materials and how they change the capacitance of a capacitor but idrk what else, as long as its not as hard as last year's paper lol

Yeah nuclear radius has come up like once but quite a few years ago I think so it cud easily come up again. Nuclear power could come up maybe, there’ll be atleast one derivation probs, maybe cyclotron? But yeah it is hard to predict tbf

Anyone done the pmt predicted paper 2, it’s quite easy, I rly hope the paper isn’t as hard as last year lmao

Yup it's decent. I think last year paper 2 was the hardest one out of the 3 papers. After I did it for mocks it wasn't returning good scores in out class

Yeah I got about 64% when I did it, which is still an A* but feels low 😭
