This strikes me as a thing your BF enjoys rather than guys as a whole. Ask him if you’re curious.

its a fetish thing, iv had it done to me. some guys like pregnancy fantasies and thats where a baby would grow haha. if youre not comfy with it tell him to stop

I don't think it necessarily has to be a pregnancy fetish, it might be, but it also could just be that he finds it soft and comforting.
