Hi, please could I have some help on part bii of the question on page 4? Shouldn’t the energy just be 25mJ because energy is equal to KE and PE?

No. The question states "The amplitude of the oscillations reduces over a long period of time.", this implies that there is damping which means the "total energy" of the oscillatory system has reduced.
