Gcu nursing placements

Hello, I am deciding of applying to Glasgow caledonian university for nursing through clearing this year, and i would like to know of the placements are very far away from the uni, as I would like to stay at home.

If you are currently living in the Glasgow area then attending Glasgow Caledonian university for nursing you'll be on placements within the whole of the greater Glasgow and Clyde heath board area ok...

Some of the hospitals are - Glasgow royal infirmary, gartnaval general hospital, queen Elizabeth university hospital, new victoria hospital , stobhill hospital as these are just some, you'll be on placements in GP surgeries for community placement.

NHS Scotland band 7 senior charge nurse midwife ( currently working within the greater Glasgow and Clyde heath board) and Glasgow resident.
