MPharm interview

Hi guys, I had an MPharm interview and they said I have been unsuccessful due to achieving 40% on calculation and 38% on ethics, there were 5 questions, I took note of the exact questions and I am 100% sure I got 3 of them right meaning I achieved 60% on the calculations, I have a feeling my interviewer may have made a small error potentially, I’ve put the questions through google and chat gpt to make sure, what am I supposed to do in this situation? Is there anything I can do?
