From what others who went through this last year it took around 2.5 weeks for all the checks. They were also a teacher, I am on the DBS update service so kinda hoping that will speed everything up too. I am waiting to hear about some additional flexible working request I have emailed about so keeping fingers crossed. Either way its going to be much more flexible than teaching currently is.
Swashy have you asked what number you are on the reserve list? My applying was a total fluke, I seen it advertised on the closing date so rushed to do the verbal and numeracy tests and get in before the 11:59 closing time. Lucky that I have been taken on, on my first round of applying. Looking forward to doing lots of maths (bit of a geek).

I have emailed the TSP Recruitment email address a couple of times to ask where I am placed on reserve list but still not had a reply unfortunately 😕

I email about flexible working a few days post offer and had no reply yet, the HR for TSP were on annual leave after the news hit everyone’s inbox about if successful or not, so likely working their way through everything. Heard of people still being offered in June time. Would been no good for me as teaching we need to hand notice in by end of May.
Hope they get back to you soon. Seen some people on main thread who have been offered from reserve list these last few days.
