KCL Angel Lane Student Accommodation Tenancy Takeover

Hi guys! Is anyone interested in getting an en-suite room in one of the KCL residences and take over my contract/tenancy? (Rent Period: July 1, 2025 – September 6, 2025, the beginning time is negotiable) Just note: Only KCL Postgraduate Students Can Have Official KCL Accommodation Contract Transferred. I live in the cheapest KCL accommodation at the moment, at Angel Lane, for the price of £210/week (official price of £268/week) and all bills are included. My room is paid until 6th September 2025 so it would be great if someone could take over before then.

Close to Stratford Shopping Centre and Westfield Stratford where there are plenty of supermarkets around (e.g., Lidl, Sainsbury, Morrison, M&S…), so the place is actually very convenient. 15-minute walk to UCL East Campus (library access), Olympic Park, and West Ham United’s football stadium.
