Life Advice Needed

As an autistic person I struggle every single day. I was diagnosed at 18, and basically left because I'm not a 5 year old in school with their issues, I'm an adult and I should get on with adult things. I struggle to socialise and make friends, I struggle with anxiety and literally everything. I have hobbies but I can't draw, or write properly or read successfully. I can't breathe without medication or talk without therapy, or eat without therapy. Everyday I cry for something that doesn't go right.

I have a voluntary position, but what you don't see is me having a meltdown minutes before walking through the door as a happy typical person.

People say, "if your autistic you have something good" which is true, I can randomly talk facts about trains but due to other health issues I physically can't drive a train.

How do I actually do something right, or, fix what I can't do right?

Many thanks.
