English nea help

So for my NEA i chose an obscure text (The Cenci) and I wrote the introduction and conclusion last, because it had to reflect my main body of work.
I copy and pasted my own written work onto CHATGPT for guidance to structure my introduction and i took notes based off that to write my introduction, this may sound dramatic but will i get disqualified or marks taken off?

i have declared that i used AI tools for my introduction specifically to the exam board and when passing it through AI detectors it only says my introduction has hints of AI tools. Whats going to happen? Please help i can’t tell if I’m being overly paranoid!!

You declared that you used AI tools to the exam board? Do they allow this?

Im not sure. My exam board is AQA and my teacher had told us to be as authentic as possible on the declaration sheet, i had asked beforehand if i should state i used ai for brief guidance and he told me to write that down, so did many other people in my class.

The declaration sheet is typically to declare that it is all your own work.

This is from guidance about using AI from AQA:

Your teachers will tell you if you’re allowed to use AI tools when doing your coursework the rules will depend on your qualification.

If you’re allowed to use AI tools, you must reference them clearly - Name the AI tool you used - Add the date you generated the content - Explain how you used it

When you hand in your assessment, you have to sign a declaration. Anything without a reference must be all your own work. If you’ve used an AI tool, don’t sign the declaration until you’re sure you’ve added all the references.

If you have concerns you should just try to ask your teacher because they should know the details.
