I can't remember revising for my UCAT clearly, but I do recall practicing questions over and over again from a book called '1300 UCAT questions'. You might be able to buy one cheap second hand. That, and just starting practice really early.

I'm sure others will be able to give you much more in-depth and helpful advice 🙂 Wish you luck!

I have sat ucat twice first time 2950b2 second time 3280b1 Both times i did not pay for medentry or medify you do not need them and you do not need to be doing 8 weeks intensive ucat prep. You shouldnt feel like your whole summer is being consumerd by the ucat. When I went through it everyone was saying you had to do all these things so i took a big risk but i think less, more productive practice is more efficient. I used the free resources online, there are plenty available if you look for them. Paying for the expensive medify and medentry and spending all day everyday for months is only going to add to the pressure which will show in how you perform on test day. I am not a straight A* student and am not cleverer than most ucat takers but i did get top ucat scores and had much better than what i would consider much more intelligent people. Ucat isnt rly a test of your intelligence as it is your mindset. If you go in calm minded, w understanding of the test and how time should be managed as well as understanding the sjt principles to go off by thats setting you up for a good score. Im not saying neglect practice, but 3 weeks of maybe 3-5 hours a day would be plenty, with a bit of pre research of how ucat works. it would be better to start earlier and in smaller timings but as a procrastinator myself if it does get that late do not worry too much. start practicing untimed qs to get a feel of it and once u get to the 3 week left mark then do timed prep. spend more time in the sections you are NOT good at. get used to the system i.e. the calculator as well as it isnt like what you are used to. most importantly on the day, if one section cuts out bc of time do not stress and let it affect your other sections just think of it as a restart and refresh yourself, trust me dont think about the fact your going to be scored and just answer the qs in front of uas they come with all that adrenaline you will surely havee. I also recommend booking it in september. any other qs lmk.

i would also say that i dont necessarily advocate taking the risk i took with not paying for medify medentry, that may make u feel a bit nervous and regretful on the day make u feel like u havent done enough prep or wish u had paid for it so if it will put ur mind at ease and cause u less stress whilst taking the ucat, then by all means use these sites, but if for whatever reason ur like me and stupidly doesn't like spending money do not worry
