Student Finace Enrollement Confirmation
Hello, Everyone I’m starting a May intake and I enrolled already at university on Wednesday so my enrolment is completed. Will university now let SFE know and also will SFE release my maintenance payment earlier if I have been enrolled by next week will it update on the system? As I’m currently going through financial hardships at the moment so need to sort out transport and costs etc

Hi there,
Your enrolment is a different process to your 'registration'. When you enrol that doesn't confirm your payments being released that just confirms your place at university. The university needs to release your payments by sending us 'confirmation of registration' which they do around the first day of your term. Once we receive this it takes 1-3 working days to update and you're paid up to 3 working days from the scheduled payment date. Your payment will change to 'payment in progress' via your account once this has been submitted to your bank.
