HMRC TSP 2025 - Birmingham Cohort

I have left feeling the exact same - I felt so overwhelmed but realised that everything is going to happen over a 3 year period which helped. That mixed in with the fact that I have been feeling really unmotivated where I am, I feel like that will improve with the TSP!! I haven’t heard back yet from the checks, but I did submit my checks a little later as I needed to get a bank statement for my proof of address (everything else I had was paperless 🤦🏻*♀️😂) so I expect to hear back a few days after people who did them right away!

Yes start date offered for 10th September!! I’m booked onto the lunchtime live stream event, hoping we will get a lot of our questions answered then ☺️ looking forward to meeting you all

Hi, have you had a formal offer? I'm internal HMRC. I haven't heard anything since my initial acceptance, although I'm aware I won't need to provide the same info as an external. I'm wondering when the PECs will be complete.

Hey, I haven’t had my formal offer yet. They updated my application on CS jobs yesterday to say they are reviewing the outcome of my PECs and will get back to me. Hopefully that means formal offers coming soon 🤞🏻

How are we all feeling following feedback?

Overall it was positive, much better than what I thought. I am my own worst critic, so it’s given me a confidence boost. The areas of improvement I agreed with and I am glad that I have that awareness going forward. What about you? ☺️

I don’t know how everyone else is feeling atm but I am absolutely struggling with this wait 😂

Formal offer has finally come through

Congratulations! I had an email yesterday asking to confirm which government department I work in and when I started. I also haven’t had confirmation of salary yet, not sure if anyone else is in the same boat

I got the same email yesterday, though my salary confirmation came through on Thursday last week. Not sure if the email means that it might take a little longer for us to get our formal offers

I’m glad I’m not the only one!! I was thinking this and hoping it’s not the case 😢 where did your salary confirmation come from?
