uni asking for academic reference from my current uni - what to do?

hi. so for context, i'm an undergraduate student currently studying at a university in my home country, but i'm hoping to withdraw and restart my degree in the UK. one of my choices (warwick) has asked for an academic reference and transcript (within two weeks).
unfortunately, no one at my current uni knows me personally. we have no personal/seminar tutors (it's not really a thing here), and for my batch, there are no proper tutorials/seminars (the uni said our intake is too large for them to arrange any tutorials, so they've left it up to each lecturer to make their own system). i don't have a head of year, but we do have an overall programme supervisor, although again she doesn't know me - i am just one of 300ish first-year students.
as for my transcript, my university's policy is that only final-year students can request a transcript, but i'm hoping they'll make an exception. if they do, will a 'partial' transcript be enough? i've only just started my second semester of my first year. each academic year here has 2 semesters - i will sit for my second semester exams in july, and results will be released around august/sept. so i'll only be able to submit a transcript of my first semester results

i'd really appreciate any advice T_T
Make an appointment with your programme supervisor and explain the situation to her.
An academic reference doesn’t need to include personal details, a 15 minute conversation about your plans plus your marks is all that is needed to provide one.

Contact Warwick and explain the policy on transcripts and that you are going to see what can be done. They might be able to extend your deadline.

This sort of 'current Uni student' reference is really to check that you are a) actually at that Uni, b) that you have not been asked to leave for any academic or disciplinary reason. I have accepted simple emailed 'confirming statements' from Uni Registrars in the past. As above, check with Warwick what they want / will accept.
