student finance - EU

I finally received my settled status, and I thought I would be able to complete my student finance application online. Do I have to do it on paper now, too? When asking for proof of status, I don't think I have an actual EU card; I have a sharecode and proof online. So, do I need to complete it on paper? Only asking because I am flying internationally next week for a holiday for two months, so I wanted to complete my SF application before I leave for the holiday so that I don't have to stress too much about doing it when I come back.

Thanks. If you now have your settled status, you can do the application online (it doesn't need to be via post). You can also digital upload your share code and Home Office letter confirming your settled status. Thanks, Jason

How would I be able to do that. Because I had started the application and I got to the section where it asks for proof and it says to pick between biometric residence card, passport and some other options and then it has the 'i don't have any of these options'. Would I be able to submit my passport even if it is not a UK one, because when I press the option that I don't have any of those it tells me to submit my application via post. I assumed that it was asking for a UK passport. Would there be a later option for me to submit my share code or not, I'm just a little confused on the process. Thank you.

Hi there, it's likely you've indicated you don't have settled status when you started making your application. If you want to start a live chat with us via your online account we can check this and help you apply online. Thanks, Jason

How would I do that. On here? I did indicate I have a settled status. It is right after when it says 'we need details about your residency status'
