Transferring universities questions

Hi, I'm coming to the end of my first year of university and have two offers to study at two different universities. One uni offered me to repeat 1st year and another offered me direct entry into 2nd year. The question I have is how do I go about applying for student finance. Re-applications are currently open so does that mean I should apply now, or should I wait to my grades are confirmed but would this hinder my ability to receive SFE on time? Also since I have two offers how does firm and insurance work for transferring, is it the same as when applying from sixth/college or is it different. Thanks.

Are your offers unconditional or conditional on you achieving a specific grade at your current uni?

You can apply for student finance now as a continuing student and change the uni later once you have made a decision.

Both my offers are conditional. One of my offers is that I have to achieve a specific grade in my overall course and the other one is achieving a specific grade in specific modules
