Cancel maintenance loan?

i’ve applied for student finance, including a maintenance loan. i was wondering if i don’t end up moving out for uni, would i be able to cancel my application for the maintenance loan?

Yes

Or you could update your details to say you’re living at home and put it in a savings account to help pay for housing deposits/expenses for when you do move out of home.

Generally a few thousand extra in savings in your early 20s will be a lot more beneficial than not paying an extra £30 a month out of your salary in your late 40s
