Contextual offer question

Hi my question is will universities take a diagnosed mental health condition with support from therapist into consideration for lower grades . This is not for Russell group universities

depends on the uni i think, they each have different criteria for what can make you eligible for a contextual offer. i’d recommend searching the unis’ websites for their criteria or contacting them to ask

You are confusing lower grade Contextual offers which are made to those who meet very specific Widening Participation criteria set out by each Uni, with Extenuating Circumstances which is where 'extra consideration' may be given to applicants whose studies have been impacted by personal circumstances, but this does not mean they will be made a lower grade offer. Explanations of both from Bristol :
Contextual offers | Study at Bristol | University of Bristol
Extenuating circumstances | Study at Bristol | University of Bristol

Btw, be aware that Universities are not an ideal place for anyone with a MH condition that needs ongoing therapy, 'Going to Uni' is a stressful enough life transition for most people who don't have that, I'd advise you to take a gap year, finish the therapy, get your head in the right place and then go to Uni, not the other way around.
