Hello! I am an American Student looking for someone to take over my lease at Vita Student Accommodation. It is a one-room studio apartment style, that runs for a price of 274 GBP per week. No sharing with anyone. It's a brand new building(attached to an older one) that is only a few years old, everything is very clean.
It comes with housekeeping, free breakfast on weekdays, a gym, and mental health professionals included. It is about a 5-minute walk from Cardiff University's Student Union, the City Center, and Bute Park. If you are interested, let me know, it's a wonderful place with very kind staff and full security 24/7. All utilities and bills are included btw!
