SAAS Funding for Architecture

I was filling out my SAAS application the other day for tuition fees & a student loan (not yet sent off). I was a bit confused about certain parts of the application, especially since my course (MARCH/BSC(HONS) ARCHITECTURE) wasn’t listed on the drop-down menu even though I put down the correct university (Robert Gordon University), so I just typed it in manually. Still, I found it odd, considering architectural technology was listed.

I did a bit of looking around on the website and found out (on the page about placement years and sandwich courses) that architecture students are eligible for some kind of undergraduate funding package for the degree, placement, and postgraduate course. You can only do this if the course is prescribed by the ARB, which in my case is applicable. I have no idea what to do to apply to this — the page didn’t say how to.

For context, I’m applying to the first year of the course as I have a conditional offer (I need to pass Higher Art with at least a C)

The SAAS helpline is currently down and I’m feeling quite antsy about it, which is why I’m coming here to ask. Is there a seperate process I have to to do access this funding package? Or is it just the exact same application I was filling out before, and they’ll assess it based on the course I put down? I don’t think it was explained too well (if it was, I just heavily misunderstood it).

I don't know much about the SAAS application system, but have you selected the undergraduate funding application rather than postgrad?
