You could go online and memorise some analysis of some quotes that would fit the different themes in an inspector calls. You don't need to memorise everything you could just memorise a little bit for you to be able to have some quotes and have some analysis on how it links to the themes.

If it's a question on a character in a paper, I tend to use two quotes from them per act if possible and relevant to their personal development. Questions on characters are all about their development through the play, so focus on how they act/react to certain events, and the overall change they experience in act 1 - act 3.
If the question is a theme, more quotes are obviously needed, but they should only reflect the theme raised. You can also use quotes that are character specific and show how they individually are related to the theme raised if you want extra marks.
I think the most important thing is context. Exam boards love talk of what it was like during the time the play was set, J.B. Priestley being a Socialist, the expectations of women back then, etc. Context is what carries AIC essays into the top marks, and it limits your ability to analyze more efficiently without it.
