How competitive is Geography for access?

I want to do Geography and I really like the UCL course, but I don't know if I have a chance to get in, the requirements page says 'Access HE at 33 D and 12 M' my options are in person History and Archaeology HE or online Humanities and Social Sciences HE, because I can't do anything directly Geography related I feel like I won't be able to get in, I read a lot of Geography papers and I'm going to volunteer so I might have an OK personal statement, is Geography at UCL really competitive? And would History and Archaeology access be OK (I would prefer to go in person than online..)

There are no geography access courses anyway.

Before enrolling onto any Access to HE course, please check with UCL admissions what course and course provider they will accept. Sometimes universities want specific modules to be covered, sometimes the course provider is not on the approved list.

However, as long as you meet the academic requirements you absolutely have a chance to get on the course you want!
I study Access to HE for Vet Sci and received offers from all the universities I have applied to and vet med is a highly competetive course.
Good luck!🍀
