does anyone know when degree apprenticeship interviews might go on in the year

Hi
I am thinking of booking a small break after exams finish but have applied for a few degree apprenticeships, I've had a couple of interview and hoping for some more that might be coming up but wondering if anyone knows do the interviews sometimes come up in may or June even, as I didn't want to be away and miss an opportunity
They are software engineering degree apprenticeships application with various firms, Rolls Royce, BT Vodafone, ARM ...
Any adivce if anyone knows in previous years when interviews have gone on through out the year
